Jess Loren is a highly accomplished professional with a broad range of expertise. As a tech entrepreneur, executive producer, and showrunner, she has founded and led two successful companies to profitable exits before the age of 30. In addition to being an internationally published author, Jess currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and founding partner of To Whom It May Concern Productions, which operates virtual production facilities in Burbank and North Hollywood, California.

Jess has extensively researched how the brain responds to visual imagery, and as a speaker and author, she shares her insights and experience in leadership, production, creative development, and experiential marketing. She has been at the forefront of the digital and visual transformation of businesses, utilizing cutting-edge production techniques and technologies with over 15 years of experience.

With her expertise as an executive producer and showrunner, Jess has effectively managed complex projects for leading global brands such as Netflix, Hulu, Lifetime, A&E, Crackle, and Chicken Soup For The Soul on the production side. On the experiential side, she has worked with major brands such as Microsoft, Nvidia, Absolut, Corona, GE, Kmart, Modelo, Navistar, Tic Tac, Jameson, and USG, among many others. Jess is a highly focused and results-driven leader with proven skills in all aspects of production, including visual effects/virtual production and experiential activations.

Creative Director

Erick Geisler is a veteran of the film and television industry with over 40 years of experience. He is a Two-Time Emmy Winning Director, Producer, and Creative Director of To Whom It May Concern, a production company based in Los Angeles with virtual production facilities in Burbank and North Hollywood. Erick began his career as a child actor before transitioning behind the camera to production work, and he has since amassed 25 years of experience in production, post-production, animation, and visual effects.

Erick has produced award-winning content for major networks and streaming platforms, including Netflix, ESPN, Hulu, HBO, A&E, FOX, ABC, MTV, Discovery, and many others. With dozens of feature films and hundreds of television shows under his belt, Erick has gained extensive knowledge of the challenges that productions may face and how to overcome them by working closely with directors, producers, and show creatives.

Erick’s latest project, Echo 3, is currently streaming on AppleTV+.

Matt Hanna is a highly experienced television executive and Chief Creative Officer of To Whom It May Concern a production company based in Los Angeles with virtual production facilities in Burbank and North Hollywood. With a 25-year career in the television industry, Matt has created thousands of hours of award-winning content for numerous networks and streaming platforms, including HBO Max, Esquire Network, ABC, NBC, MTV, VH1, Bravo, and Discovery.

Matt’s career spans both network executive roles at VH1 and NBCU’s Esquire, as well as heading several independent production companies. He has a keen sense for developing innovative programming that builds successful series franchises that endure beyond television. One of his latest projects, “Wedding Talk” is currently streaming on Crackle and Chicken Soup For The Soul AVODs.
